OculoMotor Technologies is pleased to announce the closing of a $500,000 financing round, led by Foundation Venture Capital Group (FVCG), a New Jersey Health Foundation (NJHF) company. OMT had previously been awarded two $50,000 innovation grant awards from, NJHF.
OculoMotor Technologies was the first NJIT-based company to receive an Innovation Grant from NJHF, and is also the first NJIT-based company to receive equity funding from FVCG.
The team visited FVCG’s office in Princeton, NJ, to execute the agreement in person. NJIT Chief Commercial Officer Simon Nynens was also in attendance.
